Welcome to Eurostylehaus . These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) govern access to and use of our website and the purchase of products by customers in Austria . By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Definitions
- Cancellation period / withdrawal period: The period within which a consumer can cancel the contract in accordance with our return & refund policy .
- Customer / Consumer: Any natural person within the meaning of Section 1 Paragraph 1 Item 2 of the Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.
- Day: Calendar day.
- Distance selling contract: A contract for the purchase of goods concluded exclusively using means of distance communication in accordance with Section 3 FAGG (Distance and Off-Premises Sales Act) .
- Right of withdrawal: The consumer's statutory right to withdraw from the contract within the statutory period without giving reasons, in accordance with Sections 11 et seq. FAGG .
- Entrepreneur / We / Us: Eurostylehaus, operated by Worldwide Apparel Group LLC, which offers products through this website.

3. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders, offers, and contracts between Eurostylehaus and customers in Austria . Any differing terms and conditions of the customer will not be recognized unless we expressly agree to their validity in writing.
4. Offer and product presentation
Our offers are subject to change and non-binding. Eurostylehaus offers clothing and shoes , including blouses, blazers, skirts, and shoes.
Product descriptions, images, technical specifications, and prices are provided to the best of our knowledge and belief. Minor variations in color, shape, material, or fit may occur due to production processes or screen displays and do not constitute a defect, provided they do not impair normal use.
5. Conclusion of the contract
A binding contract is formed as soon as you place an order and receive an electronic order confirmation from us via email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, particularly in cases of obvious pricing errors, unavailability of goods, or suspected misuse.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 30 days from receipt of the goods in accordance with Section 11 of the Distance Selling Act (FAGG) . They can cancel the contract within this period without giving any reason. Our 30-day withdrawal period exceeds the statutory minimum period of 14 days.

7. Customer obligations during the withdrawal period
During the withdrawal period, the customer is obligated to handle the goods with care. The goods may only be inspected to the extent necessary to determine their condition, properties, and functionality—as would be customary in a brick-and-mortar store. In the event of a loss in value due to improper handling, a corresponding deduction from the refund amount may be made in accordance with Section 15 Paragraph 3 of the Distance Selling Act (FAGG) .
For shoes, the following applies in particular: The soles must show no signs of wear. Shoes that have obviously been worn are excluded from return unless there is a defect.
8. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not exist according to § 18 FAGG in the following cases:
- Goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to personal needs.
- For hygienic reasons, goods are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery (e.g. underwear, tights).
9. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices on our website are quoted in EUR (Euro) and include statutory VAT in accordance with § 6 of the German VAT Act (UStG ) . The price applicable is the price at the time of ordering. Orders already confirmed remain unaffected by subsequent price changes.

10. Delivery and execution
We deliver exclusively to Austria . Processing time is 1–2 business days . Estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days . The order deadline is 4:00 PM (CEST GMT+2) , Monday to Friday. Shipping is free .
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Austria.

11. Statutory Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply in accordance with Sections 922 et seq. of the Austrian Civil Code (ABGB) and the EU Consumer Sales Directive (2019/771) . In the event of defects, consumers are entitled to repair or replacement. If repair or replacement fails, the consumer may – within the framework of the statutory provisions – demand a price reduction or terminate the contract. The statutory warranty period is two years from the date of delivery of the goods.

12. Fixed-term contracts
If contracts are concluded for an indefinite period (e.g., for ongoing services), they can be terminated by either party in compliance with the legal regulations.
13. Limitation of Liability
Eurostylehaus' liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law pursuant to Section 9 of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG ). For slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations, and even then only up to the amount of foreseeable, typical contractual damages. Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected in all cases.

Eurostylehaus is generally willing to participate in an out-of-court settlement procedure.

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and product photographs — is the property of Eurostylehaus or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright law. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or any other use without our prior written consent is prohibited.
16. Data protection
The protection of your personal data is important to us. Eurostylehaus processes data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG) .

17. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are subject to the law of the Republic of Austria , unless mandatory consumer protection regulations of the state in which the consumer has his habitual residence conflict with this.

Eurostylehaus reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements, our business practices, or our services. The most current version will be published on this page. Your continued use of the website after a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
